Private Domain Notice & Ecclesiastical Positioning

AutoFocus operates strictly within the private domain under the stewardship of Jaikeb Lawrence Perez, a living man acting in his private and ecclesiastical capacity. All materials, services, and communications are shared by private agreement with fellow members only, for educational and spiritual benefit, under the covering of a developing Ecclesiastical Trust.

We do not offer services to the general public, nor do we engage in public commerce or interact with statutory entities. Nothing presented within AutoFocus constitutes public business, commercial services, legal advice, or licensed activity.

All who participate do so:

Voluntarily, in their private, non-corporate capacity
In honor, under natural and spiritual law
With the understanding that this is a fellowship of members, not a commercial transaction

1. Private Membership Association (PMA) Notice

AutoFocus is established as a Private Membership Association (PMA), operating lawfully within the private domain. Participation is by voluntary agreement between living men and women, and all offerings are made exclusively to PMA members.

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are acting in your private capacity, and you agree to remain within the bounds of this private domain.

2. Lifetime Membership & Offerings

Your first enrollment with AutoFocus includes lifetime membership in the Association. Of your $59.00 contribution for the AutoFocus Mini Course, $10.00 is allocated as your one-time membership enrollment.

Membership grants you:

Lifetime access to the AutoFocus Mini Course
Access to any additional courses you choose to support
Access to any downloadable tools, coaching, private communications, and exclusive offerings
The right to engage with AutoFocus services as a member in good standing

3. Use of Private Materials

All educational materials, images, videos, guides, and methodologies shared within AutoFocus are the intellectual stewardship of Jaikeb Lawrence Perez and are entrusted to members for their private study and lawful use only.

By receiving access, you agree:

Not to reproduce, publish, or share materials outside the Association
Not to attempt to teach, resell, or license any proprietary content
That all materials remain the property of the creator and are offered under trust

4. No Return of Contributions

Because AutoFocus shares immediately accessible digital tools and proven private methods, all contributions are final once access has been granted. These offerings include valuable insight that, once received, cannot be returned.

You agree that:

You are entering into a private agreement with full understanding of what is offered
You are not acting in commerce or as a legal entity
You make this contribution in full faith and with no expectation of refund or chargeback

5. Lawful Support & Coaching

AutoFocus stands behind every member’s success. If you experience difficulty applying the teachings or producing optimal results, we offer the opportunity to:

Schedule private Zoom sessions for critique and guidance
Submit your photo work for review and refinement

We believe in growth and personal responsibility, not giving up.

6. Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of all shared information
Interact respectfully and constructively
Honor the private nature of this Association and its community

Violation of this agreement may result in the revocation of your access and standing.

7. Contributions & Fulfillment

All contributions for courses, downloads, or coaching are requested in good faith and delivered via private channels. You will receive immediate access upon receipt unless otherwise noted.

8. Lawful Dispute Resolution

Should any matter arise between you and AutoFocus, both parties agree:

To resolve all concerns in the private domain, not in public courts
To seek amicable remedy through private communication first
That no third-party entity involved in public commerce, BAR associations, or statutory courts shall be involved in any resolution process

If needed, a neutral third-party from the private domain may be called to assist in good-faith remedy.

9. Updates to Member Agreement

The AutoFocus PMA may refine this member agreement to better serve its private community. Any changes will be communicated via email, and your continued participation will be taken as agreement to updated terms.

10. Acknowledgment of Private Agreement

By contributing to and participating in AutoFocus offerings, you affirm that:

You are acting in full private capacity
You understand this is a private agreement, not a commercial contract
You agree to remain within the private domain and uphold all terms herein

I enter into this private agreement voluntarily and in my private capacity, with full knowledge of the terms above and the nature of this Association.
